Was 25% off a year sub on the store itself last week but not sure if that deal is still running or not.

I'd advise going for the 45 IF you want to renew.
It'll go back up to 60 soon & it's been on sale around Christmas for 45 so it won't be on sale again until the summer. If you change regions you'll lose the old ones too
