Ok so we're on 4 words left to get. So you must think I've got a good chance at getting all 4 here. No fcuking pressure eh?
So I missed one clue for cold and 2 for builder. So either you've overlapped or there's one there for piercing.

Spike jumps out for piercing. You can have a gold piercing.
Foot fits for both builder and piercing I guess if I stretch it a bit. You can have a face piercing?
I was thinking foot and van for builder but tap could also apply and would fit also with cold as in cold tap.

So I'll go with the ones I'm more confident on first. Try...... FOOT
