Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there, I am trying to buy a sky cinema pass on now tv but I only have the option to start a free trial, however I already had my free trial and can't get another. Can someone please help me to buy a cinema pass please? Thank you

    I found the same with both cinema and entertainment on the now TV box, only offers free trial, and I've already used the free trial, so won't let me do anything else.

    I have not tried but it will probably work, try logging into your account on a computer and you should get the correct options, this should rectify your account on the app.

    Or log in on the computer and do a live chat, will definitely sort it.
