Are you going to start running the competitions during the week now?

This is the first one - we will see how it goes.

There is demand, from those that work weekends, to hold some competitions during the week, to give them equal opportunity to qualify for championships.

BRC are also looking at holding a midweek competition.

    We will keep you posted.

Just a minor point- Red Ridge is definitely wheelchair accessible. Including shop and all 8 shooting points.

Yes, the shop has sloped concrete up to the door. The range has two concrete steps down into the shooting points to the right hand side of the shop door, but there is also a roller door at an entrance off the flat section of the yard that a wheel chair could use.
The yard itself is concreted from the parking area, it’s a bit uneven but should be manageable for a wheelchair.

So would this be the same competition or a new one?
So if you have lads going to midlands for a weekend competition would there be a competition mid week in midlands? Same competition but just extended out? Like you couldn't enter the midweek and the weekend?

No - This is just a National competition being hosted by Red Ridge Target Club.

The only competition which is currently broken up over a week is the Annual Irish Open, which this year is being held in MNSCI. That event has a preshoot, for those working at the main match, the weekend before.

The difficulty with midweek competition is having the people to run the event - registration, scoring, stats, CROs, ROs, etc. If we have more people volunteer to help with those functions, who are also available to run midweek competitions, and venues available to host them, we can look at having more competitive opportunities during the week.

Pre-registration is now open (and filling up fast)

All pre-reg slots are now gone.

Lanes have been reserved for walk-ins so you can, of course, register on the day and compete.
