Close account before 12 month contract expires

Hi, I will be relocating and I'll need to close my account. However, my account is only open a few months, will there be a penalty for closing the account before 12 months has elapsed?

Thank you for getting in touch.

Yes, there is a €50 exit fee per account for customers who are in a contract and leave early. This fee is applied to the customer's closing bill balance.

Although, if the customer reopens their account at their new address, this can be reversed.
