Sick of people covering this legendary song. (or trying to)

Especially when they do this sh*t to it.

Could’ve gotten me on tonight for free to best this...

Agreed. Huge amount of people pretend to like and follow it.

But just to make the point to question your kind of dismissal of their winning a GS...it’s a minority’s sport here clearly, and yet we still produce world class teams to beat the likes of France/England and Wales..that’s super.

That is because we at present the best of a bad bunch in a minority sport.

Watch game outside Dublin and people were not even watching the match or cheering.

I like Rugby - but they are just a bit blinkered about where we are and where the game is.

    Anyway - good song.

First time I've seen lads really going for it headbangin' wise on the Late Late.

Not gone on this version. The lyrics to this tune always make me cringe.

It's good, but it's a fairly straightforward cover of a great song IMO

International Rugby has always been very popular in Ireland.

Only in parts of Munster and among privately educated people in the rest of the country.

I'm no rugby fan, but to say the game is only popular in Dublin is baloney. Pubs around here in Galway are standing room only when Ireland are playing.

Even though I do believe that rugby's current widespread popularity comes down to the Irish team being successful and a few years of us being mediocre would wither it fair quick.

    Shout Ray D'arcy is a wanker :p
The D4 rugby set won't like this

Well if you have Shane Ross in their pocket, they won't mind, just don't ask him the which Kearney is his fave :p:rolleyes:
He is very comfortable on tv.

Far more than some of the more senor lads. Great to see - he is going to be a star.

If he had ROG or Donna(c)ha on, probably say something about the wives again :D

The Aviva?! The game was in Twickenham you plonker

The homecoming was Snowed off there!

Try getting Lord Bonneville to say Tadgh, instead he'd probably say Tigger, good thing he was in Paddington instead :D

just give cyclist room pay attention and don't use your fupping phone when driving will be enough for all other road users thanks

Only in parts of Munster and among privately educated people in the rest of the country.

    That's just not true,

It has always been hard to get tickets for 5 or 6 Nations games.

The TV Audiences are very big, and always were.

The interest level is up there with any other sport.

Thank you so much for that. I've always had vague memories from childhood of a band appearing on TLLS years ago and stunning the audience into silence. I figured I'd imagined it.

People who think the core of the game is not private schools and 80% from Dublin are talking scum crap

Sure we watch rowing when we win.

Where would you buy a suit like that? There's often evenings I feel like putting on a setup like that.
