    Always liked him

He was in a spoof boyband reality show called 'Boyz Unlimited' on Channel 4 co-written by Richard Osman in 1999 which was great.

I followed his career after that.

I think he's very entertaining and I'm delighted he made it big in America.

But baack then when he was at the Brits, wanting more, he was up his own hole, CBS Boss Les Moonves certainly saw something in him to host, but i prefer Craig Ferguson if he stayed:o

Is that the same Orchard that's in Rathfarnham which is handy for a night out as they also have a taxi company?

Ever see that clip of him and Patrick Stewart at some award ceremony?

Impossible to like him after that.

News is slower to get here on Holyhead mountain. The messenger boy told me yesterday that Nadine Coyle had to leave SIX because they found out she was underage.

I remember that but Eoghan Quigg was more my generation, the girls at school loved him.

Jesus should have done magic tricks like Penn & Teller, he would have been minted after the loaves and fishes works.

Hard to believe someone was accusing you of posting nothing but negativity on this thread

Honestly, no idea where they got that notion.

And then when you analyse it there could never have been the birth of christ at Christmas as the stars couldn't have been in those positions, the Dandy & Beano was more realistic.

I see Hugh has learned his mistake from Top Gear,

Although the Graham Norton show was one of the funniest with a rare UK appearance of Bill Murray & if anyone remembers they were drinking champagne outta Paloma Faith's shoes while lying across the three fellas ;)

    Woman from Sister Sledge

In addition to being a known prick, James Corden is a surprisingly good actor. He was excellent in Alan Bennett's The History Boys, and also in some other film that I can't remember the name of.

He would play Tony Blair good, decent enough likeness.

C'mon Ryan, ask Hugh about the time he paid a woman to put a sex toy up his bum.

I love the Paddington movies even though I've never seen them.

    So, that's weird.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 915 ✭✭✭never_mind

First it was some rugby man I’ve never heard of, head bangers slaughtering zombie, a man in a shiny suit and this man talking absolute BROWN.

They obviously pushed the boat out with Seán Spicer and Dónal Gleeson earlier in the year. Snooooooze.

My 7 year old daughter recently

    Daughter, ‘you know... heaven??

    Me(thinks oh what now), ‘yes’

Daughter: are the cave men people in heaven too?

    Me: yes of course

Daughter: so every person in the world ever born since ever is in heaven right now?

Me: yup, ...... oh looks it’s stooped raining go play outside...
I put my head in hands and I fear charges of blasphemy during communion year

Don't give the answer - we have put serious effort watching 90 mins of this and people come on and just get answer :D

In fairness you gave a good hint.

Has a head like a hedge.

Colin Firth was meant to be the voice of Paddington but he dropped out very late.

In the first trailer for the first film Paddington doesn't speak as they hadn't recast him

Ben Whishaw came in and did a great job, for a while the project looked doomed.

Another pudsy bore here. He looks like he'd get upset if Tubridy said anything off the script.

Yes but on a basic low cost calculation I am thinking they need to be pulling in at least €60k a week, doesn't seem possible.

A lot of it is not real money it's an estimate to what his business are worth in reality would not get near it

This Sicilian red is going down well.

    Going faster now.

Jaysus lads - this is the worst show in a while.

Rugby lad - was good. That is it.

Only a Boyzone lad or Aslan could save this.

Hugh had always hoped that that chance would arise some day when he would be able to speak freely on a television show - perhaps even a chat-show, perish the thought - about theology and he could forget all about Abbeys and, most of all those ghastly bears - oh the ignominy!

But as the years flew by he feared that the opportunity had passed and it saddened his heart. But then, one day, when he had begun to put those dreams finally to the back of his mind, the phone rang in his office - while he was staring out the window at the London rain and pondering the significance of Noah and the flood - and he picked it up and grunted an answer down the line. On the other end he heard an honest God fearing brogue melodiously enquire, "Hugh Bonneville? Dis is RTE..."
