I have accounts in a particular branch of the Ulster Bank. They are long standing accounts. I have recently had a problem.The complaint system seems to be designed to grind the customer down. I cannot find the name of the branch manager. Is Ulster bank actively trying to get rid of customers? I am utterly sick of it.
