hkc quantum 70 internal siren not working

    Can any one help I have a hkc quantum 70 I bought it setond hand the internal is not working I dont know if it turned off I tried the siren volume it is set at 9?

    Is it the internal bell when the alarm activates or the speaker when you set the alarm you hear nothing from?

    The internal siren/bell wont activate when the alarm goes ?

    It is the one on the right middle so.
    These are changeable if you think its the siren itself that is gone.
    One of the wholesalers should be able to order you one in.

    No I think its turn off I have the volume is at 9???

    There is 3 volume controls, Buzzer, Voice and Siren.
    Is the siren set to 9 and not working?

    the siren volume is set to 9 but it is still not working?

    The exit/entry buzzer works the chime and walk test not working NO Buzzer

    The siren must be broken then.
    Like I said these are changeable.

    thanks for your help afew days ago could I ask you one more question I changed the internal siren I put in a new one and it still not working I cant find any fuses just the mainfus would you have any more sugestions.

    Hi Dave,

    The panel itself uses re settable fuses.
    Since you got it second hand there may have been a problem with it beforehand.

    Can it be fixed? I set it back to factory default but still the same

    Have you tried placing a meter on the output for the bell and activating it

    Yes I tried it and I even put a new siren on it and actived it still not working?

    You can get wire free internal bells for that unit if that helps.
