Hi All, We are just about to start contruction drawings stage with Engineer and obviously the more we have covered in Tender pack the better before we send to contractors for pricing. In the next 8 weeks we will be starting to clear site to build a 2870sqft house. We have sourced the kitchen but would like recommendations…

Hi All,

We are just about to start contruction drawings stage with Engineer and obviously the more we have covered in Tender pack the better before we send to contractors for pricing.

In the next 8 weeks we will be starting to clear site to build a 2870sqft house.

We have sourced the kitchen but would like recommendations for the following

- Windows (Have some large glazing at front and back)
- Natural Stone
- Underfloor Heating System
- Downpiping and Gutters
- Slates
- Doors, Floors and Skirting
- Velux Windows

Ideally anywhere around the Border area be ideal as we are based in Louth but could view in Meath, Dublin if need be.
