    Hi just wondering if anyone has a tikka y3 hunter .243 just want to get info on who thinks the best round / grain works best for them I can't seem to find the right round for mine just yet.any suggestions would be great thanks

    Ive a tikka m595 delux. It likes anything up to and including 90grains. I tried 95grain Hornady sst and they were ok(sub moa) but not as tight as >90grain

    Have you tried federal 80 or 100gr?

    Probably one of the most popular rounds for the .243,

    Grouped very well in a cz 550, tikka t3 hunter, and browning xbolt.

    No not yet but I will be Saturday if only used Winchester 70g and 95g and to be honest the grouping wasn't the best their not consecutive

    found 90 grain ppu and 80 grain federal keyhole at 100 yards tried the ppu on a fox at 280 yards last week dropped like a stone for cheap ammo it certainly done some amount of damage on him.
