What are the rules regarding usernames?

Is there a limit on the amount of space a name can have?

    The rules are:

No single, un-broken string longer than 14 characters and up to 4 words (max 14 chars each) seperated by spaces.
RadharcnaSleibhte (example) won't work, but Radharc na Sleibhte would work.

    Characters Which You Can Use:

Each word can contain the following: A to Z (or a to z).
    A period.
    A question mark.
    An exclamation mark.
    An underscore.
There needs to be a minimum of one word, maximum of 4
Each word must be between 1 and 14 characters long.

nothing explicit about the amount space. But with 4 words it allows for three spaces.
