Can you advise me how to block unsolicited scam messages to my account. And currently €64 has been stolen from my account and no one can explain how or where this money. Is coming from. I have to wait until my bill is generated and potentially have more money stolen in the interim. Surely 3 can advise their customers of scams and block them. I have never engaged in any of these messages

Call your provider customer care they should be able to help you block them but you may still be charged. Best thing to do is to tell the provider that they are laundering money by handing it over to the scammer who could be an ordinary criminal or ISIS and ask them is that legal.
