I am lookin for someone (or a band) to share a rehearsal space in D6. It's a really nice place with full equipment (PA, 3 amps, mixer, mics...), soundproof, parking spot, kitchen, and whatever you may think of.
The monthly rent is 300 and you would share the room only with myself. There are 2 fully equipped drumkits included in the price. You will be able to use the room every day if you want.
