Ref should have prevented that lay punch imo

    Commentary is hilariously biased

    Shocking refereeing there.
The lad has his hands going down to his sides - completely incapable of defending himself.

    Hope he's ok.

Knocked out before he even hit the ground

He had guard up on the punch that dazed him then dropped his guard. Ref made a move to try prevent it but it was too late

Glad Price is OK and some performance from him but that fight should never have happened.

Wouldn't be too critical of the ref there to be fair.

But then thought the lad needed a count?

Jaysus Povetkin could have hit him easier there. Price didn't even see the second one coming. Could have killed him.

Replay of Price's punch on Povetkin

Ref wasn't at fault, it was one punch followed by another like. You can't jump in and stop a fight just because a punch connects, Price was standing and in front of his opponent. Bad knockout alright but that's always the risk in boxing.

Russian lad is the head of Chris Ashton. Bigger nose though.

The problem is that folks will be bigging him up and telling him that he did so well up until the KO....so instead of calling it a day, he will likely have another KO loss awaiting him..

Price becomes Mayor of Gonesville there lol

Felt like he could have done a Homer Simpson on the bums and just tapped him over

He didn't stop it when Price was clearly out of it on the canvas. Towel had to be thrown in.

Didn't notice that, seen the towel in the ring so presumed he was out straight away, didn't see the count but if he did then that's pretty shocking

    Oh FFS. piss off, Whyte.

Though it would be a good scrap.

I find this saying hilarious. As if it's the ground that does the damage.

Nope, pretty certain he'll retire now.

Whyte appearing at the end is pathetic. Eddie Hearn's little puppet!
If he is calling out Povetkin does that mean he doesn't want Povetkin vs AJ?

He had him in trouble from one hard shot, he was in trouble himself earlier after flooring Price.it was a reflex to finish him off. It wasnt like he was beating price down round after round

I thought povetkin was pretty admirable tonight , he didnt celebrate until Price was on his feet, and was straight over to Prices corner and showed concern when he was down.

Ive seen boxers knocked out that badly and their opponents are oblivious to their condition and ignore the situation....Pacquaio /hatton comes to mind.

Bad ko there. Not much price could have done about it. That right would probably ko joshua....its just that povetkin would have less a chance of landing it against him.

Damn that fooking white stripes call is nauseating...

Parker introduced as WBO “world heavyweight champion.”

AJ introduced as WBA and IBF “heavyweight champion of the world.”

    What sounds better..........?
