A hugely disappointing day here in Waterford City with cloudy conditions prevailing for most of the day. Just a few hours of sunshine in the mid afternoon only for it to cloud in again around 5pm. Max temp was 14.2c but in cloudy damp conditions got down to 10c. Hopefully an improvement tomorrow but not counting on it.
