Air vent recommendations?

In the middle of a refurbishment and looking to get air vents replaced in our house in all the rooms. What we have currently in place are quite draughty hit and miss white grills which haven't probably been changed since the house would have been built. Can some one recommend any air vents which have a humidity detector…

Thanks . Are they suitable for old houses which don't have the level of air tightness as some of the new builds ?
