Received text about direct debit due out today

    Hi there
    I have been waiting 13 mins on the banking 365 phone and still hadnt spoken to anyone to adk 1 simple question.its not acceptable.
    My question is,I received a text message saying I have a Direct Debit of 40 euro due out today.I have no Direct Debits on my account to that value?Can you please explain why I would receove this text?

    We are sorry to hear that you were waiting to speak to an advisor.

    Please check over previous direct debit to see have you any DDs for that amount on your account through your 365 online.  

    If you still cannot see any DDs for this amount and are still unsure what direct debits are set up on your account please send your query through the online service desk through the ask a question option.
