Mobile phone not received yet

    Hi,

    I placed an order for an eFibre bundle over a week ago.
    I ordered broadband, landline and mobile.
    The offer had free mobile but I paid an extra 99 euro for iPhone.
    The sim card came within a few days but no mobile.
    I have broadband being installed today and still no mobile phone.
    I am supposed to be porting over from ID mobile before Friday or I can lose my mobile number
