    I see Flora Duffy won the women's race and Henri Shoeman the men's. Mixed results for the Brownlee brothers Johnny and Alistair finishing 7th and 10th respectively. Henri and the Brownlees were neck and neck up till the run when Henri found some reserves to pull out a 15 minute 5k time. Amazing !! The cycle course was wet which would have been tricky given the fastest men were putting out on average 43km ph on the bike.. Astonishing stuff.

    Wonder will this change Alistair's mind about going for Tokyo, especially if it's changing to sprint distance. Both of them were well out run today, not like him to show up for an event like that and not feature near the top. Especially if you consider there were no Louis, Mola or Blummenfelt there.

    Wasnt Alistair intending to focus on 70.3 after his recent successes at that distance ?
