I cancelled my Eir broadband and 2 mobiles in October 2017 and no longer have any Eir products, but I am still getting emails, letters and texts constantly to say I am in arrears or that my service will be cancelled. Also received a letter to say my details would be passed on to a credit agency which will affect my credit rating etc. I have called Eir and after about 40 mins of being passed between departments they hung up on me. I should not to have to waste any more of my time calling as this is your mistake and you are harassing me. I cannot email you according to your site and chat support just tells me to phone again! What can I do ???
