Not all tenants affected and not all services - say outlook still work if was logged in before 10:30, but not able to log on portal.

As per O365 health status "....an authentication issue is preventing users from accessing the Office365 service."

Can't log to https://login.microsoftonline.com for last half hour. It loads some basic HTML with "Sign in to your account" header but nothing is displayed (checked on couple of computers). Tried on my mobile connection and got my phone freeze?
