    Currently looking for a mortage, 90% LTV.

    I'm with AIB, should I just go straight to them or use a broker. If broker, any good ones around Munster?

    Whats your advice on variable or fixed rates?

    A small extension will need to be built on some of the houses I am looking at in the near future, so a mortage topup will be required. Any issues with topup with a fixed or variable mortgage?
