Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

So after all that, it was Old Trafford where the title was won anyway?

Jaysus you don't even have to go back that far. Remember when we were drawn against city in the cl?

The city thread was full of United fans congratulating them. on reaching the semis. Pretty sure a few of them had semis thinking about it.

On a separate note Rafa has done a great job to keep Newcastle in the league. With the squad Newcastle have it is some achievement.

The top 4 ranking pissing contest has a little way to run now.

    Us - 70pts:
    WBA (A)
    Stoke (H)
    Chelsea (A)
    Brighton (H)

    Spurs - 67pts:
    Brighton (A)
    Watford (H)
    WBA (A)
    Newcastle (H)
    Leicester (H)

    Utd - 71pts:
    Bournemouth (A)
    Arsenal (H)
    Brighton (A)
    West Ham (A)
    Watford (H)

A lot of those games won't have much riding on them, but we can relegate WBA and nearly relegate Stoke if we beat them.
Brighton's other two games are away to City and Burnley, so they might well get caught, and they could be fighting for their lives come the last day of the season.

It kinda doesn't matter but we should be finishing 3rd at least from this position.

Mourinho threw the match to prevent such a triumphant finish for Pep

Very sad story about this guy who is widely known as the 97th victim of the Hillsborough disaster. Before taking his life, he donated his life savings to the charities involved.

Tributes appeared on a Livepool FC fans’ forum to the “97th victim” of the Hillsborough disaster .

An inquest heard in 2011 that Stephen Whittle killed himself because he never recovered from the guilt he felt from selling a ticket for the Hillsborough game to a friend.

Stephen Whittle, aged 50, had suffered from anxiety and depression since the tragic match in 1989, Bolton Coroner’s Court was told.

Would be great if someone at some point in a game could gift Salah a goal by not scoring for themselves to counter that fake Kane goal.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,347 ✭✭✭✭Grayditch

Or better yet, Salah wins the Golden Boot without the help of Ghost Goals.

    Also there's this.

    PL assists:
    Salah: 11
    Kane: 2

And can we maintain the status quo by NOT having a go at poor Maureen please? Blame their transfer committee or something instead.

Sure isn’t it Guardiola’s fault for spending money.

Some mental gymnastics going on over there to justify his under performing.

spending the most money only works if you buy Salah, as well

this is a bit of a slow burner but to get it you have to watch it all, the singing at the end is awesome. there's a lot of cringey inbetween

In fairness he has won 2 cups and they are 2nd in the league, but he completely wastes the wealth of attacking talent they have in that squad - he is not suited to their squad or to the club and never will be, say nothing mind.

It was only a league cup in fairness and the Europa league is so ****e arsenal could win it this year. Not knocking the league cup but for a team like utd it's pretty low key.
