i always find that the ref lets the "physical" teams away with their tackles against the bigger team as it usually makes the games competitive.. if they were reffed as normal there would be no contest if you ask me....

Not sure you can, maybe when there's an open goal tap in, but the whole point of playing advantage is that it's more advantageous to the attacking team that getting the foul called, which this obviously was not.

He both looks rushed and takes ages to do anything.

I wouldn't write him off as being this way for ever but he needs to be getting games somewhere else to get that sharpness back.

Can only really give an advantage if an attacker is having a clear goal attempt and even then sometimes the ref would call back if not scored to give the pen.
