Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I got an email from Irish Ferries about a series of lessons they're running online for primary schools about sailing and maps and the like.

    Looks like a nice project, anyone else get this?

    So good you reg. to post the same thing in two different forums?? I wouldn't be a fan of Irish Ferries since this:

    And in any case, many schools are now rebelling against being a cheap publicity vehicle for various companies and I understand why.

    How about doing a project on things that have Irish in their name but aren’t Irish at all?

    When I was at school, a long, long time ago we followed the movements of Irish Shipping whose boats were called after trees if I remember correctly. Of course they are long gone.
