Chemistry - Mole map

Hi all, I'm currently studying chemistry as an external student and from what I have seen from some searches online, there is something called a mole map which consists of all of the equations for chemistry. Is there any chance someone on here has it as teaching myself isn't the easiest thing to do! Thanks
