Delay Loan Repayments?

    Hi, can you tell me if its possible to delay repayments on a loan by a couple of months, without it having an impact on my credit rating or other negative issues? Hit a rough spell recently, and was hoping we could push payments back by a bit, to help dig us out of the hole we've gotten ourselves into.

    I know i'll have to talk to an advisor, but i figured you could at least point me to the correct number to call.
