Is eTA included in International Experience Canada?

Hi, Recently approved for IEC and will be going in Sep/Oct. Regarding the eTA, when my application was approved, I was given an eTA number yet a couple of people have told me this needs to be applied for separately. I haven't paid the CAD$7 either, perhaps that was included initially? Thanks, Dan

You have a travel visa, the IEC is your authorization.

When you land in Canada you apply there with all your documents and IEC letter.
