    Hello, I was just wondering if I can activate my newly received atm card at UK post office ATMs?

    Hi tiffangy,

    Welcome to Boards and thanks for your post.

    You can activate your BOI Visa Debit card at any ATM or point of sale transaction by using the Chip & PIN. You will need to make a small withdrawal if using the ATM.

    Just to remind you if you're making a withdrawal or transaction in another currency, there will be cross boarder handling charges applied. Please see here for more information.

    If you have received a regular BOI ATM card you can only use this at a BOI ATM.
