Hi,
A quick question on the HRI. The Revenue website says it is available for landlords and can be claimed on repairs, renovations and improvements to your rental property.
If I do repairs using a HRI contractor, can I include the cost of the repairs as a deduction against my rental income, and then also claim the HRI scheme for the 13.5% VAT?
