Time from Docusign to drawdown ?

    Hi,

    How long does it take from signing the docusign before the loan hits your account ? A small loan.

    Thanks for posting here on Boards.

    If you have returned your docusign and we receive it and upload it centrally before 3:30pm, the funds should be applied by the close of business, that day and clear in one business day.

    If we receive it after 3:30 it would usually take an additional day.

    We'd advise you to check your Spam and Junk mail for any e-mails we may have sent if we needed more information. If you haven't received the funds by this timeframe or are concerned, please call the lending team on 1890 365 100 opt 2 and an advisor will be happy to check for you.

    My money arrived this morning but yet I can't withdraw any!?

    We're delighted to hear the funds have hit your account.

    The funds will take one business day to clear through your account. Please log in through a browser or a PC, and under your balance you should see an information symbol displaying available funds.

    When this disappears, provided you don't have an overdraft permission, you will have full access the funds.
