    Hi,

I'm wondering if you can help me. I recently changed from my old Meteor SIMO package, to an Eir one.

The last couple of months I've been getting paper bills for what I think is the old account, showing me 66 cents in credit. I'm not too bother about the 66 cents, but I don't want to keep receiving these paper bills all the time. Obviously with the account not being accessible in MyEir anymore, I've no way of changing this. Is it something you can help with?

    Thanks
