Hi I had a claim against against in 2009 me long story short it’s only settled up now in court .My insurance company covered me it was damage done by a leak in a house.The solicitors who were employed by the insurance company to represent me have been paid there fees by the insurance company but they have written me a letter looking for me to pay the vat on there fees.Has anyone ever had to do this ?
