Hey, I'm considering to get one of the above cans for gaming and music. Source will be an ASUS ROG Maximus VIII with SupremeFX 2015. Anyone have any personal experience with these models? Pros/Cons? Thanks

Well the X2 can be had quite cheaply these days. I find the pads irritate me after a while, sorta feels hot and ichy which is strange because they feel nice and soft to the touch. I think I read that some experience this and some don't. That would be a negative if one is wearing them for a long time if gaming for hours.

A lot of people don't like the Sennheiser 'sound'. I've never listened to a pair of AKG's before but i would like to. I use Sennheiser HD650's for gaming and music and would not choose anything else now.
