I need my MPRN number

    Hi 


    I'm on pre pay electricity. 
    The estate agency gave me a paper with the MPRN but the letter is quite difficult to read.
    I tried to switch to bill and Switcher informed me that number was wrong.


    I appreciate the attention

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    If you are planning to switch to Electric Ireland, we can search for the MPRN in question. We cannot guarantee that it will be on our system (for example, if it is some time since the property was last registered with Electric Ireland) however we can certainly take a look.

    Just private message us the relevant address and the serial number on the main ESB Networks meter (this reference includes the letters "RM") - we will respond as soon as possible.
