    Hi folks,

    Travelling to the US and Canada next week for the first time and am looking for advice about the flight/customs & Preclearence procedure in Shannon.

    We are flying with United to Newark, do we need to check in online before arriving at d Airport? And will we need to do this before our return flight?

    Also how long does security, customs n Preclearence take in Shannon? Our flight is at 12.30pm.
