    I’m trying to add my mother as a payee on my banking 365 and it won’t let me. It just keeps saying that I cannot add her. What can I do?

    Hi Catlover118,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us on Boards.

    Sorry to hear that you're having trouble adding a payee. Can you please make sure that you're not copying and pasting the IBAN and BIC details into the fields?
    Please also check that you have the correct details for her account and that it is an account that you can transfer in to. For example, that it isn't a Savings type account that is unable to accept transfers in. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble.
