So next year am I correct in thinking that England have 4 spots in the group stages for the top 4 teams in the Premier League
    no more qualifying stages?

if so, what happens if Liverpool win it this year? Does that give England an extra spot (assuming they hold on to a top 4 finish) , be it straight in the group stages or even in the qulifying stages. and would 5th place get it?

what happens if Arsenal win the Europa League & also finish 5th? Will it go to 6th position?

and if there is not an extra spot awarded to England, who gets the place?

They had five this year with United winning the EL and finishing outside the top 4. You can have maximum five teams so if Arsenal and Chelsea had of won the EL and CL this year and finished outside top 4, the team in fourth miss out. If a team in the top 4 win either there are no extra spots handed out.

Yes- Top 4 Premier League teams qualify automatically for Champions League now, so no more qualifying rounds for them
If Liverpool win it the vacancy will be filled by the champions of the association ranked 11th (Czech Republic) -got this from UEFA site
