    Hi
I have an existing mortgage with bank of ireland on my house, 27 years left with a balance of €132,000 left. A site has come up for sale with planning permission and i would like to purchase it for €70,000, with a view to selling my existing house in a few years and building on the site. Just querying is it possible to add the €70,000 to my existing mortgage. My income is €80,000 per year.
