Just wonder about what is being built on several sites around Dublin; I don't see (or at least can't find) anything on the web about them.

The Site on Mary's Lane right opposite the fruit market. They've started to dig that up but what's going in there?

The site on Abbey Street right next to the Luas Jervis street eastbound stop. I'm not sure any work has started yet but there's a sign saying it's been bought and boards have been erected around it.

Also on Abbey Street, further down close to Capel Street an old crumbling, derelict building has been knocked and work seems to have been started on something.
