Hi I applied for a bank loan and it is refused because my full mortgage repayment is added even though my wife pays the mortgage. My question is: The bank told me they dont take guarantors any more, is that true? Also is she was to add her name to the application then her name would also need to be in the loan. Is there…

Hi
