What's going on in the Wilson game? Seems like it's been 7-5 on Flashscore for the last hour...

    Edit: just gone 8-5

Got it done well enough in the end. Bit of a stop-start player is Barry.

Kyren’s a dark horse for sure, quietly going about his business. He won’t be easily beaten.

Ali will kick himself over that missed yellow but that's a great break of 66 to surely win the frame.

Ali playing on to stop momentum?

Absolute class from Ronnie. That table was a mess when he got to the table. At least five reds on the cushion. This next frame is huge for Carter. Loses it and you'd have to think it's Goodnight Vienna.

Confident stuff from Ali there. Nice cushion still in hand at this stage.

I'm starting to get very nervous for Ronnie now.

Ali means business and back in the balls first here.....

Impressive enough from Ali so far. Wasn’t sure he had it in him but beginning to believe a bit more now.

Terribly unlucky for Alister to end up behind that red after the great screw on the brown, he's well fired up for it,not sure if he can keep his cool though his temper gets the better of him sometimes

Don't think Ronnie is in a position to start that craic when he is on verge of going 3 behind...

As if Carter needs any extra motivation

    I fear that's it.....

C'mon Ronnie don't go out with a whimper here.

Brilliant red to middle to rescue this frame.

11:9 Carter. Thats the first time I have seen players barge eachother during a match

    Missed it, what happened?

Almost Higgins-Thorburnesque in the level of hostility there

Ronnie missed a shot and on his way back to his seat Ali was up quickly and neither player backed off so they ended up shouldering eachother and some words were then exchanged.

Supposedly Ronnie said 'you're an angry man'. The ref said to both 'keep cool'. Ronnie said 'I'm cool as a cucumber'.

Natural these guys will have a bit of needle from time to time, they can't all be best mates.

Yep. From the two most disliked players on the circuit . . . .

    Ah Ronnie, that missed blue...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,471 ✭✭✭Arthur Daley
