Nice pot Mark. he has play the best shots but still trailing

If Williams gets level or goes one up Id fancy him

Despite Hawkins maybe being the more "solid" player its clear hes feeling the pressure more.

    17-15 to Williams my prediction.

Love that shot Williams made on the blue taking the red out into a potable position.

Barry has played 2 awful shots in this frame. Should have had snookers both times, both times he failed.

Barry has gone down a gear somewhat, but he always does at these stages of any tournament. That's why I think Williams can win this match.

    And it goes unpunished.

How can MJW knock in some of these long balls and then miss the sitters. This sighting he is trying must be a factor here.

Williams having a serious problem with the lower jaw of the bottom left pocket. His sighting is way off and will need to address that if he gets through. He's pulling off some shots though. They could have a shot of the championship showreel with just his shots at this stage.

That was shocking not to get on a colour after potting a red over the pocket. Why play it so slow when if you overrun on the pink you'll be on the blue. Barry won't forget that one for a while.

    14-14

still think Mark needs to get in front with the next frame or else Hawkins will hold out

Williams favourite now in my opinion.

Those long potting statistics are atrocious for both players, Hawkins at 47% and Williams at 57%.

Williams is potting some balls off the lampshades and then making an absolute hash of some sitters. This is really enthralling at the moment

Hawkins wobbling now, Williams really needs push on and cut out the bad misses.

Yeah, William's long potting has been terrible! /sarcasm

Mid session interval just what Hawkins needed. A good word with El Tel and refocused for the end game. He is wobbly but there’s a pair of them in it imo.

Jaysus, this segment about Barry on BBC is like something out of Britain's Got Talent.

His sister's husband committed suicide and Barry found him. They were very close.

I have no clue. But I just think it's inappropriate to bring the subject up.

Edit: Explained by @taytobreath - now I think it's even more inappropriate to bring it up.

He’s talked about it very openly in fairness.

Hawkins has been unlucky in a few of this evenings frames, while Williams has been lucky.

I don't get how so many people constantly cough in the Crucible, maybe they're in the wrong theatre.

If it was his brother I might agree but his brother-in-law?

    Anyway, back to the snooker.
