Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Herrera gets away with another one, not even a foul given. Jesus.

    Where is that ref from?

    Ballyboffey.

Started very badly and Young and Pogba were terrible for the Spurs goal but Pogba showed exactly what he can do for the Snachez goal. Great ball in. Lucky that the deflected effort didn't go in near the end but at least there seems to be a bit of fight in the side.

Utd are 8/1 to win on pens. Seems like a decent bet.

It was straight in the middle. Poor keeping for me. Same old spurs.

    Glorious ball from Pogba

Lukaku should have played in Jesse

Perhaps, though Worm seemed to see it late.... the shot came through the defenders legs.

Aside from Erickson, Spurs have shown little going forward.

Son has been particularly poor.... very inaccurate.

    Keeper no chance

A decent keeper saves that for me.

Kane looks a lost figure up there. Doesn't look sharp.

    Lightbulb moment for Spurs.

Spurs final ball letting them down all game, keep giving them chances and they will eventually get one right.

Sanchez holding his face. Embarrassing for the lad. Does he not know there is VAR.

I think spurs picked Michael Caine instead of Harry Kane

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 31,948 ✭✭✭✭Mars Bar

The scrape down the back of the leg is spurs specialty

  • Posts: 0 Tenley Icy Snake

Jessi had a good game, made some good runs and drew alot of fouls from spurs defence

    Come on flashford

Shocking dive from Rashford, you have to at least make them look genuine. He has a lot to learn from Young yet.

Very harsh on Rashford that. Fair enough not giving the free but It was no dive.

  • Moderators, Computer Games Moderators Posts: 23,216 Mod ✭✭✭✭Kiith

Was Rashford even looking for a card there? Didn't seem like it.

Bad call ref...not every fall is a dive ffs

Notice how the BBC commentators never actually say the word “dive” when a British player is involved.

He was “looking for one”, according to them. It’s quite sad that they can’t criticise their own countrymen, small time mentality.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,037 ✭✭✭✭niallo27

How in the name of Jesus is that not a yellow.

Will ya go way outa that lad

    He did not dive

    Extremely harsh yellow

Should be a yellow against Sanchez there. Clearly held him back when he was beaten.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,080 ✭✭✭✭Tom Mann Centuria

Dour game and a poor ref hasn't helped.

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.

This Spurs team consistently seems to wilt when the pressure really is on.

    Bad decisions.
    Players hiding.
    Stupid fouls.

    All very familiar.

  • Moderators, Computer Games Moderators Posts: 23,216 Mod ✭✭✭✭Kiith

Can't really argue with the result. Bar the first 20 minutes, Spurs were 2nd best. No one really stood out for Spurs, and we never really looked that threatening after the first goal. Sick of losing these ****ing games.
