OK. Daft i will list rentals in your area and many will be with a local agent. So your first and main dealings will be with the agent . I used t email all the local agents when I needed to move as many landlords will rent with them

Keep it very very simple though. Let them ask what they need from you. I have found it easier to eg get a deposit back when an agent was involved. Just say briefly what you are seeking

NB the landlord pays them not you
