    Hi representatives,

    I just received a letter from Eir stating that my broadband service has been disconnected. I have already cancelled my broadband service in October 2017 when I switched to another broadband provider. I tried to contact 1901 but I don't intend to continue using my broadband service from Eir. How can I contact an agent personally?
