    Thank you for getting in touch.

    We can set up a payment plan on your current balance for you here on Boards. You will need to send us a private message with your account details.

    We will require the following for account security reasons:
    • Your name as it appears on your account
    • Your Electric Ireland account number
    • Your contact number
    • Your address
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (Yes/No)
    Once we have this information, we can check your account.
