Roma have genuinely forgotten how to do football

Roma look so poor. A semi finals should not go 5-0 and probably keep going....

    5-0... unbelievable.

He’s so good. Has really come into his own since Liverpool sold Phil C. Which is beginning to look like really good business by Klopp

    5-0, absolute dreamland.

This is the most insanely inept defensive performance I have seen from an Italian team ever.

Think Roma will get one. Feels like Liverpool have slackened off a little.

    Very easy to say that.

Liverpool have destroyed them tonight and deserve full credit for that.

Cameraman keeps going to Ed Byrne and his young lad.

Perhaps, but I'd focus on the sheer workrate and desire from Liverpool tonight.
We've seen it before in the CL, but this is sensational! Hopefully they haven't peaked too soon and can carry this form into the final.
As a football neutral, this is a delight to watch.

To think some Liverpool fans were calling for klopps head this season.

Stop making things up. Not one genuine fan in our thread was calling for his head at any point.

Ironically since United hammered them 7-1 (8-3 on agg.) in 2007

I had actually forgotten they were Italian! Makes this defensive performance seem even more bizarre.

Was there anyone really calling for his head though?

How did Barcelona lose to this rabble?

    Man Utd 7 -1 Roma?

They actually defended better in that game believe it or not.

I think Roma are pasta their best!

There was 1 regular in the Liverpool thread.

I want Robertson to score, so he won't end up like Rob Jones!

No Italian CBs though, so only fake Italian. Horrific defending though. As good as Liverpool have been, I'd fancy anyone to score a hatful if Roma defend like that. You can't give someone 10 yards of space consistently, and allow so much room on long balls

    Too little too late.

Very soft pen. Looks like it hit Milner on his thigh and onto his arm.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 40,061 ✭✭✭✭Harry Palmr

FFS, Liverpool's midfield now has to put their foot on the ball and keep it for a while.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,798 ✭✭✭✭DrumSteve

    Lol ****in hell

What a change in the tie that is,

Do you regret taking off Salah now?
