Exit fixed rate penalty

    Hi all,

    So I'm going to be selling my house later this yer and currently I'm 1 year into a 3 year fixed rate.

    Detail are 151000 left on mortgage
    Current rate is 3.2%
    Monthly cost 705 euro

    So if I was to sell now how much of a penalty would I have with 2 years left on the fixed rate?

    Just looking for a rough estimate. Or even if you could advise me where to find the interbank loadn rates for last year and currently i can figure out the formula myself

    Hi Alan,

    Welcome to Boards, and thanks for your post.

    We'd advise that you call the Mortgage team on 01-6113333 and an advisor will be happy to go through a redemption figure and any penalties that may occur with this.

    As this would be specific to your own Mortgage arrangement, we'd advise speaking to a Mortgage Specialist would be best.
